It was then that my husband saw a trolley for hikers on the internet: the Tactical XIII! Never, oh never, did we ever think we'd buy a trolley! Never say never, we ordered!<\/p>\n
Once you've received them, make a few adjustments (height and spacing of the poles to avoid shaking) and off you go! It was a fantastic surprise: the poles were exceptionally supple and easy to handle. So we set off, confident, to do Lectoure\/St Jean-Pied-de-Port! But it was so easy, we thought, we're not going to stop there! Against all odds, we were able to continue on to St Jacques de Compostelle !!!! And it's all thanks to Tactical XIII!<\/p>\n
It's so easy that sometimes, on the flat, you turn round to see if the trolley is still behind you, because you can't feel it! Only once did we put it in 'carry' mode, for fear of damaging it, because the terrain was so uneven!<\/p>\n
Once in 1080 km.... Another advantage is that the wheels are puncture-proof, so there's no need to bring a puncture-proof kit. However, such a prodigy does have its limits: on steep climbs, you can feel it, and on steep descents, it tends to want to push you, so you just have to hold it in place with the poles. In short, it's light, practical and comfortable.<\/p>\n
