1. Identification of the company

2. Products and prices

The prices displayed on www.tactical-13.com are expressed in euros, including all taxes, but excluding delivery costs.

Tactical XIII reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time the order is placed.

The photographs illustrating the products have no contractual value.

3. Controls

Orders can be placed :

• or by email to contact@tactical-13.com

All orders will only be taken into account on receipt of full payment (by credit card, bank transfer or other means specified on the site) and subject to availability.

The customer must provide a full delivery address and a contactable telephone number.

4. Delivery

Deliveries are made in mainland France and abroad, by Colissimo or another carrier.

Delivery costs are indicated when the order is placed and vary according to weight and destination.

Delivery times may vary from 3 to 5 working days depending on the activity.

Tactical XIII cannot be held responsible for delays or losses attributable to carriers.

On receipt of the parcel, the customer must check the condition of the product and make any necessary reservations within a period of 48 hoursto both the carrier and Tactical XIII.

5. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, the customer has a right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days from receipt of the products.

Returns are made at the customer's expense, in the original packaging, and the products must not have been used.

The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned products.

6. Guarantee

Tactical XIII guarantees its products against any manufacturing or material defect, for a period in accordance with the legal guarantee.

The warranty does not cover :

• normal wear and tear (tyres, bearings, etc.)

• damage caused by misuse, modification, impact or lack of maintenance

• products purchased second-hand

The product may be repaired or replaced at Tactical XIII's discretion.

7. Data protection

Tactical XIII collects and processes its customers' personal data in accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 and the RGPD.

Customers have the right to access, modify or delete their personal data by writing to contact@tactical-13.com.

8. Disputes and applicable law

These GCS are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, the customer is invited to contact Tactical XIII amicably. If this fails, the dispute may be brought before the courts. Clermont-Ferrand District Court.

In accordance with Article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, all consumers have the right to have free recourse to a consumer ombudsman with a view to resolving the dispute amicably.
