Five years ago Tactical XIII, with a simple but ambitious idea: to design a carrying trolley a reliable, robust off-roader designed for adventure enthusiasts. 2021 : The birth of Tactical XIII

April 2022, the Tactical XIII team took the start on the Pilgrim's Way to Santiago de Compostela with the Model X-Trek. Along the way, pilgrims from all over Europe shared their stories and impressions with us.

Handling, robustness and comfort were both surprising and convincing, confirming the interest of the trolley on this legendary route. A human adventure rich in exchanges and inspiration.

2023: Upgrading of the trolley for touring and outreach

March 2023, Tactical XIII took a decisive step forward with the arrival of the plastic injection moulds manufactured by Visa Injection, near Vichy, a company recognised in particular for its commitment to people with disabilities.

Until then, plastic parts of the Model X-Trek were made by 3D printing in the workshop, limiting production and durability. The arrival of these moulds marks an increase in quality and industrial production capacity, while guaranteeing robustness and reliability.

A few weeks later, the Model X-Trek V2 Evolution was launched: an optimised, more robust version, perfectly adapted to users' needs.

In October 2023, a partnership with Decathlon allowed the V2 Evolution to integrate their marketplace, increasing the brand's visibility by France and in Europe.

November 2023, Tactical XIII won the Artinov, A regional competition to promote innovation in the craft and industrial sectors.

This award was in recognition of the design work, technical ingenuity of the Model X-Trek and the brand's commitment to local, high-quality manufacturing.

A few weeks later, Tactical XIII took part in the Salon Origine Auvergne, reinforcing its local roots and its commitment to sustainable production. local and manager.

2024: Consolidation and development of the hiking trolley

Throughout 2024, Tactical XIII has consolidated its presence among outdoor enthusiasts and demanding outdoor professionals through trade fairs, professional presentations and collaborations in the field.

2025: New milestones and innovations

In early 2025, the Model X-Trek V3 was launched, the fruit of five years of continuous improvements and user feedback.

This version combines robustness, lightness and comfort, with a rigid structure in carbon fibre and aluminium which absorbs shocks and reduces effort, even with heavy loads.

Its modular, compact design means it can be adapted to any expedition, while protecting the back and joints.

June 2025, the new Tactical XIII website was launched online, with a clearer, more modern look that reflects the brand's evolution.

In July 2025 we continued to develop mini skis in collaboration with AKO Outdoor a young design company specialising in the design of products for outdoor activities, with the aim of making it easier to use and enjoy the natural environment. Model X-Trek on snow-covered ground.

Despite encouraging technical results, the project was put on hold for technical and economic reasons linked to the costs and constraints of industrialisation. We're keeping this project in the back of our minds!

On 15 September 2025, a Model X-Trek was sent to the 27th Battalion of Alpine Chasseurs, a powerful symbol of the reliability of our equipment in extreme conditions.

November 2025, Tactical XIII was taking part for the second time in the Salon Origine Auvergne, confirming its local commitment and the recognition it has earned over the years.

Strong collaborations and human adventures
